10,000 Shot Made Club
Program Overview
Brooklyn Park Traveling Basketball League has developed the 10,000 Shot Made Club as an off-season program to encourage boys and girls who are
playing Brooklyn Park Traveling Basketball League to do more shooting. The Shot Club program is offered to current traveling players in 3rd - 8th grade and BAB in-house players. Good and consistent basketball shooters are made in the off-season through proper technique and repetition. Players keep track of the number of made shots between April 1 and October 1 (6 months) during the off-season by distance and type of shot. Those players who cross the 10,000 “made” shot threshold receive recognition for their accomplishment.
How to Participate
Players print out the Monthly Scorecard for the current month. Players then record the number of shots made in each of the shot categories outlined on the Monthly Scorecard (e.g. 1-3 foot shots, 10-15 foot shots, etc.). At the end of each month mail your completed Monthly Scorecard to the address below or use the excel Shot Club Workbook located below and email it to bphoops@gmail.com
