PLAYER ELIGIBILITY rules*: Players must attend school in the Park Center or Brooklyn Center High School attendance area to participate in PCTBL (BPTBL).  Charter and private school students have the option to play for PCTBL if their home address on file with the charter or private school falls within the Park Center or Brooklyn Center HS attendance area.
